With a massive cult following all over the world, DJ Shadow AKA Josh Davis is widely credited as a key figure in developing the experimental instrumental hip-hop style. Although Josh had already done a scattering of original work between 91-92, it wasn't until his association with James Lavelle’s Mo'Wax imprint that his sound began to mature and cohere. His full length album “Endtroducing” topped the British indie charts, and he went on to co-write, remix, and produce tracks for DJ Krush, Doctor Octagon, Mo' trip-hop supergroup UNKLE, and collaborated with the likes of Thom Yorke of Radiohead, Richard Ashcroft of the Verve, and Mike D of the Beastie Boys. A legend of our times, do not miss his Singapore debut at Zouk!
