The restaurant offers a broad range of items from artisan breads and pastries, to refreshing salads and gourmet sandwiches, to more substantial bites of grill sets, pasta and a selection of flavour-packed main courses.
The brand was founded almost two decades ago in July 1997 by Ms Yeap Cheng Guat, who exchanged her corporate suit in pursuit of her real passion - to open her own food business. Cedele is fully committed to the philosophy - all the food items by the brand are handmade from scratch and do not contain artificial transfats (unsaturated fats), stabilisers, emulsifiers or preservatives. Healthier options of unrefined sugar and grapeseed oil are used in artisan recipes, with vegan and gluten-free options available to guests.
