Foxtail & Broomcorn (F&B) puts a twist on noodle favourites and brings them to the streets of Hong Kong.
Named after two of the earliest grain varieties used for noodles, we celebrate the textures and flavours of noodles by adding a dash of creativity and European culinary techniques.
