DJ Kamikaze first made a name for himself in the 1990s back in his native Germany by pioneering mash-up DJing. Blending thugged-out anthems with sugary 60s pop licks and grimy German electro, his signature sound earned him recognition, and JUICE MAGAZINE, Europe's biggest hip hop monthly, awarded him 1st place in their mixtape awards three years in a row. Today, he is kept busy jet-setting for shows in Shanghai, Beijing, Berlin, Moscow and New York as well as holding down a Residency at The Venetian Macau casino, where he spun for the likes of Mariah Carey, the USA basketball team, Avril Lavigne's birthday bash and representing Shanghai's monthly BANANAS and YUM YUM parties. DJ Kamikaze's original brand of mash-up, ghettotech, hip hop and electro keeps dancefloors heaving and clubs rocking all night long.

The founder and CEO of US indie label SOLOS records has been throwing warehouse raves in the bay area as a teenager before he turned his attention to Djing and music production.
His remixes and productions were highly acclaimed by XLR8R and 3HIVE, among others.
