Those who were in Hong Kong during the mid-90s/early-noughties, will have many fond memories of the legendary 'FUNKY TIMES' parties - at the time, one of the best and most friendly nights out in Hong Kong.  All of the attendees would make a supreme effort to dress to impress, with 70's inspired discotheque wear - often tailor made especially for the night. Many would attend the Pre-party which was held at various venues to have the chance to admire each others clothes and take some photos before boarding a specially hired open-top Citybus to transport them to the venue. The party was hosted in several venues around Hong Kong over the decade the party ran for.

DJ Paul Kelly, one of the founders of this long-running and extremely popular night  will be returning to Hong Kong for one night only to spin at SHORE on Friday, 24th February. The night runs from 7.30pm onwards. He will be spinning his trademark set of 70's & 80's funk, soul and disco classics.  He will be playing alongside sometime FUNKY TIMES resident DJ Steve "Yauza" Yau (LINQ).  There's an optional dress code of cheongsams and afros if you really want to "make this a night to remember ...."  Entry is free.
