WEST END STAR DYLAN TURNER TO LAUNCH FUSION ACADEMY HONG KONG Fusion Academy of Performing Arts is bringing Dylan Turner, a leading light of London’s theatre and film world, to teach Hong Kong’s stars of the future.

One of the UK’s brightest talents, with a career spanning stage and screen, Dylan’s credits include prominent roles in multi-­‐million dollar productions of Chicago (playing Sky), High School Musical (Zeke Baylor) and Grease (Sonny). Not to mention starring alongside the legendary Meryl Streep in the movie Mamma Mia.

Now he is heading for Asia to share the lessons of his stellar career with a new generation of aspiring stars.

“I’m so excited to be coming out to Hong Kong to pass on the knowledge I have learnt in the course of a very exciting career,” says Dylan. “Hong Kong has always been on my list of places that I wanted l to visit so it’s a real dream come true!”

Dylan is the latest in a list of high profile names joining up with Fusion, Hong Kong’s hottest new performing arts school. The course is designed for students of all abilities, from those who simply want to have fun and put on a dazzling show to those who are taking their first steps on the showbiz career ladder.

All are welcome and not only will the students learn a range of new skills – they will also have the unique experience of performing alongside Dylan in a glittering showcase. This really is a very special opportunity so move fast – places are strictly limited.

In conjunction with these special workshops, Fusion is delighted to be hosting its official launch, with performances from Dylan Turner and the talented staff of Fusion Academy Hong Kong. The event will take place in Solas Bar on Wyndham Street on Thursday March 25th from 6.30pm-­‐8.30pm with entertainment and complimentary drinks provided. It is a treat to have Dylan in town to celebrate the start of this “first of its kind” Stage School in Hong Kong!

Workshops for children age 4 up to 18 years will take place in the Dance Studio of The Canadian International School of Hong Kong on the 22nd 23rd and 24th of March from 4.00pm-­7.00pm each day.
