KEE International Group Chef – Roland Levy Schuller will be showcasing his culinary skills on site with the support of both the KEE and Alfie’s kitchen team. Members & guests can indulge in a tantalizing 5-course set menu priced at $2600, which includes Pan Fried Hokkaido Scallops with Potato Mille Feuille, Speck Foam & Caviar, Bresse Chicken Tortellini with Capon Consomme, Champagne Risotto with Langoustine Cream & Sardinia Bottarga, Australia Rib-Eye Steak with Black Truffle, Carduni and Puy Lentils.
