Le French May festivities have got us feeling inspired for the next event in our series of Dinner with Corey. Monday 6th May we’ll be serving a multi-course French themed dinner with Middle Eastern influences. Think Chicken liver pâté with zhoug jelly, za’atar grilled baguette, homemade pickles, Feta and toasted almond gougère, with honey aioli, Arak roasted scallops with fine herb salad. End the night on a sweet note with a Rosewater marshmallow tart and pistachio.
The menu costs 560HKD / person and only a limited number of menus will be available on the night. Don’t miss out!
