Monday 3rd June, we’ll be serving a five-course feast of Roman-inspired dishes, showcasing historical and traditional influences on Middle Eastern foods that can be traced back to 330 A.D.
Think Organic hen's egg with brown butter dressing, pistachio crumb and charred leek ; Slow baked black cod with almond garum, Pressed Te Mana lamb shoulder with lentil and date salad.
End the night with spiced honey ice cream, blackened citrus, fig and crispy filo.
