I don't know about you, but it seems a very long time since I came into contact with anything that remotely resembled SPAM. SPAM to normal people is Specially Processed American Meat that was used during the 2nd world was as a tasty alternative to the real meat thing!
Anybody a big fan of SPAM? Have you noticed any other foodstuffs falling off the plate of fashion?

Well, pork luncheon meat is a "meat product" popular amongst the locals in HK, especially for breakfast, whether its in a bun (with/without a fried egg), chopped and mixed with other ingredients in a bun or an open sandwich, or slices with instant noodles, or fried again alongside an egg.
SPAM is luncheon meat, but I think the type you get served in tea-houses in HK probably has a higher meat content, only just!
