Early bird tickets for White Party @ Deco for HK Visitors?

Hello there,

I am new in this forum so I will just briefly introduce myself. I am a trance fan from Germany who is travelling a lot and I am always trying to check local events. In a lucky coincidence I read that the White Party with two of my absolute favourite german DJ's Kyau and Albert will take place exactly on the weekend when I am in Hong Kong - so now my question is:

How can I get tickets preordered/reserved?

I just read they are sold @ HMV stores but this doesnt help me because I am arriving in HK very likely not before Friday and I just want to make sure that I still get a ticket.

So if anyone who lives in HK can tell whether there is a online store to preorder tickets and pick them up later or any similiar procedure - I would really be happy to know that...

I will try that but I am not sure who is organizing it locally. I assume this is Music Asia musicasia@gmail.com).

I already contacted the booking agents of the artists here in Germany but they told me this is all handled by HMV and local ticket stores.

So I will try to contact Music Asia.

I didnt got a response from the organizers - so has anyone an idea how I can get tickets for this event ordered from Europe? Thanks in advance for any hint ...

This is actually the problem - I've never been in HK so I cannot ask someone I know there...

But this is a relatively big event so there must be some kind of ticket sales over the internet .. or is this not common in HK for club events like this?

I am thankful for any information - do they have maybe a ticket hotline - I mean not the one I call for reserving VIP lounges, but maybe a regular ticket hotline?

P.S. In case I can find someone that gets tickets for me - is there anywhere a list of HMV stores in HK so that I can direct this person to the closest one?

I found the store list of HMV:

So I will maybe call the one in Pacific Centre...

Welcome to Hong Kong TT! I hope you enjoy your stay and I also hope you were able to attend the White Party. Mostly in cases like yours the best thing to do is to ask a local friend to do the reservation for you. If that is not possible you can also talk to the organizer and just explain your situation. Lastly, you can just go there before time and inquire for extra ticket.
