a high end event would be cool, then a lot of investment and effort can really be seen.

[quote="fantasma"]Okay maybe there is not a market for early bird tickets since that would incentivate kiddes to come over okay. So why not do a premium event then? Get a good dj over that you could charge maybe 1000 HK per head and the you knew that their would be no kiddies or worst drugies and test the water via there.

Fantasma, i dont get wat u got against the kiddies. how do they ruin the event?

Tamar or something wld b a good site.

Outdoor event is rare in HK because the government don't easily give out the required licences and documents. Rockit is a rarity rather than the norm. All we need to take a look is the defunct "Pearl River Music Festival" which would have been the biggest outdoor event in HK, and was cancelled simply because the government refused to let it happen.

And yet, they spent HK$100 million on that Harbour Fest at the Tamar Site. This is typical government hypocracy.

yes but just by being in an atmosphere where lacohol s served, they can be fined by the police up to 20,000 per person caught being underage. Its a risk that a lot of promotors, club owners dont want to take.If they do take the risk then its coz they are going out of business anyways...
