Well at lot of people in this forum think they know how to use one...
I m going to explain what a forum is and what a notice board is:
(IF YOU ARE THAT LAZY SKIP THE EXPLAINATION PART AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE EXPLAINATION OF WHAT A FORUM IS)
no·tice (nō'tĭs)
n.
The act of noting or observing; perception or attention: That detail escaped my notice.
Respectful attention or consideration: grateful for the teacher's notice.
A written or printed announcement: a notice of sale.
A formal announcement, notification, or warning, especially an announcement of one's intention to withdraw from an agreement or leave a job: gave my employer two weeks' notice; raised the price without notice.
The condition of being formally warned or notified: put us on notice for chronic lateness.
A printed critical review, as of a play or book.
tr.v., -ticed, -tic·ing, -tic·es.
To take notice of; observe: noticed a figure in the doorway. See synonyms at see1.
To perceive with the mind; detect: noticed several discrepancies.
To comment on; mention.
To treat with courteous attention.
To give or file a notice of: noticed the court case for next Tuesday.
[Middle English, knowledge, from Old French, from Latin nōtitia, from nōtus, known, past participle of nōscere, to get to know.]
and I m not going to be arrogant enough to explain what a board is, since people arent that thick here...
But here is where it gets a bit interesting
fo·rum (fôr'əm, fōr'-)
n., pl. fo·rums also fo·ra (fôr'ə, fōr'ə).
The public square or marketplace of an ancient Roman city that was the assembly place for judicial activity and public business.
A public meeting place for open discussion.
A medium of open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper or a radio or television program.
A public meeting or presentation involving a discussion usually among experts and often including audience participation.
A court of law; a tribunal.
[Middle English, from Latin.]
I have put in bold the most important part: OPEN DISCUSSION... HERE WE DO NOT HAVE DISCUSSION let alone an open one...
Why do I call it a noticeboard since people say dumbass comments such as
HEY I M GOING
THAT EVENT COOL
DJ ROCKKS
And crap of the kind, I do comprend that many of you do not use english as your mother tongue but express the most simplistic of posts I truly believe it is possible to do so.
If you have a random topic that has nothing to do with music/clubbing come and post it in the lounge.... I ve got a great vision that nobody outside the hardcore locals will reply at all... that is really f***ing sad people.... :smt009

your post rock
Well, I hope others can appreciate it also, sure I know that most people here think that I am a little sh!t but if people dont complain why should people change in the first place....
Remeber boys and girls this is a public forum and nothing sadi here is personal or to be taken so much to heart....
If you have a problem use the PM button or start a thread in the lounge and maybe you can get the ball rolling a bit longer than usual.
Forums are to b1tch and moan about things anyway, so why not use that facility in the first place?
