Here are some tips for the forum for promoters to really take advantage of the place while being constructive:

1) get all your friends to join the forum and talk about the event. The more you talk about it the more people will see it.

2) Include as much information as you can about the event in the first post and not throughout the thread as people don't read it all.

3) Provide some video or music links of the artist so people can actually see in advance if it something they like.

4) Add your information on the calendar and the forum as early as possible. We have about 2,500 visitors a day so each day you can reach that many people.

5) If we don't have time, do an text interview with your DJ yourself and send it to us, we are more than happy to publish it, we just don't have the time to do it ourselves every time.

6) Arrange a ticket giveaway or guestlist with us, or a CD giveaway. This is a free service as it also adds value to those who visit the site.

7) Finally do some advertising with us so that we can keep the sites costs covered. It is a big site now so takes a lot to run it.
