Hello! :smt006
I just stumbled onto this site and this forum this afternoon while taking a break from the boredom of work......
Not sure if this is the right area to make an introduction though.....
Anyway, my name is Becka and I am a techno dj/producer from NYC (female-not that it makes much of a difference). I also host a radio show on Livesets.com called Gotham City Radio which airs every Saturday from noon until 3pm (my time). Anyone who is curious about my djing stuff, please feel free to check out the website of the label I am on- www.gothamgrooves.com. You can also check out my personal site, but be warned that I need to do some serious updating on it
hehe www.djbecka.com :smt020
So what's going on in your part of the world? I am always curious about the scene in other cities......who here listens to techno? Who here is a dj? Any producers in tha house?
I will post some info about my radio show and also a nice contest that we are doing for Gotham Grooves.....
In the meantime, glad to be here :smt003

Cant say I'm really into the whole house thing, but Derrick Carter is good....and of course I've always been a fan of Derrick May, although I really think he needs to release new stuff and stop riding his entire career off Strings Of Life
