Sultry Summer Cocktails on Hong Kong's Most Bespoke Drinks Menu at SEVVA  

Exotic summer cocktails highlight the bespoke new drinks menu at ultra-fashionable SEVVA atop Princes Building in Central.

New Yorker Joseph Boroski, a renowned ‘mixologist’ who blended exotic drinks on the TV series ‘Sex and the City’ has worked his magic again on these new creations for summer.

Starting at HK$ 120 the new cocktails are custom-designed for sultry summer evenings on the terrace of style icon Bonnie Gokson's chic venue with spectacular panoramic views over Hong Kong.

The Kama Sutra is sweet-and-sour with fresh passion fruit, mango and lime with dark rum. Spicing up the new cocktail menu is Fennel & Red Pepper Martini, with vodka and lemon.

The Yakultini pays tribute to Hong Kong's favourite yoghurt health drink, spirited with vodka, blueberries and a touch of honey. Signature cocktails White and Dark Valrhona Chocolate Martinis blended with Vodka simply must be tried.

Straight To The Head is made with ice cold freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, lemon and Vodka is an absolute unique creation.

The bespoke menu also features unique mojitos, signature martinis, must-try bellini champagne cocktails, classic cocktails and shooters, premium champagne, sommelier-selected wines, acclaimed whiskies and spirits, vintage ports and award-winning grappas.
