I sent away an email to the firm that does the bookings for Infected Mushroom and the price is 10,000 US Dollars, two flights to LA and one to Isreal. If anyone knows of any agent in HK that wants to make serious money please provide me with their contact details or mine to them...

10000 usd. plus booking a club if not renting an convention hall (similar to hitec) and promotion + other djs... good luck losing money man. i doubt you can pull it off anyway. i saw infected mushroom last year in toronto and they are indeed awesome. but psy is too much of a niche market, in hk i guess you can pull 200 people at most. you wont make it.

Well, it seems to me that people are so full of .... here and that it is hardly worth trying to get decent acts over since people only like ....
Oh well at least I tried for a bunch of ungrateful .....
That are use to .... and cant take a small complaint before having a hissy-fit....

As a conclusive comment... most people just dont deserve to have great events here so the rest of us true fans have to suffer or go abroad and take our money with us... that is tragic....

hey i get what your sayin mate, i wish some better acts would come out to, but u gotta appreciate hong kong dusnt have a huge market for this kinda music compared to other places, i guess like some of the smaller music societies in hk do is you needa throw small profitable acts throughout the yr to build up enough money to blow on a big act like mushroom, even if it is just for the few that enjoy it, hell id help wid a society like that. like evrything in hk its a business, like wid all business u gotta build up to a higher standard before expecting the best. no need to take shots at all us hong kongers, for the ones who luv the music it aint our fault mate, appreciate!

excatly. you havent been exiled to hong kong for the rest of your life so relax, you will be able to experience amazing parties elsewhere and when you do it will just seem that much better coz you had to wait soo long. I go back to the UK in september and im planning to spend next summer there to go to GGG, Creamfields, DanceValley etc. But in HK i know that one big party every two or three months is what you have to expect.
