I actually went here last night. Ordered a chicken cesar salad, and a pint of beer. The salad was as big as one of those small badly made salads you get included with a set lunch in Mong Kok.
It was so small it took me about 40 seconds to eat it and it cost around 70 dollars. It was just before 8pm we arrived and there was no happy house so 250 dollars later and two small salads, a pint and a soft drink later we went and had some quality food for half the price elsewhere.
Never had to have 2 dinners before in Hong Kong. We try to explain how bad the dishes were to the staff but they gave us a vacant look as they only seemed to be programmed to accept peoples compliments not peoples dissapointments.
The venue I must admit is cool but they have to sort out the service and dishes to survive. This comes from someone (myself) who has set up F&B outlets in the past.

:grin I went there last night at 9:30 pm, the menu concentrates on its specialities and the kitchen serves them up to a superior standard. The New York 10-ounces steak and a whole rack of New Zealand Lamb, it was not the more-than-adequate presentation that caught the attention but the quality of the meat. Both dishes were as they should be: cooked as requested, tender and full of flavour.
A casual and warm atmosphere with friendly staff can enjoy a meal without feeling shouted down.
