well im pretty sure the prob was that they wouldnt let you in even though you were on the list etc coz i nearly had the same problem. At around 2 in the morning they decided to try and tell everyone outside that the club was closed etc and no one else was coming in , even if you were on the guestlist. Eventually after waiting for about 30 mins they finally look on the list and see my name and drag me in (literally). That place really needs to work on its door policy. i mean, organising a queue of some form wouldnt kill them.

Well inside the place wasnt as packed as it was outside, but there were still a lot of ppl there. Mainly old ugly rich men and the usual models. Failed to see any real fans of Miss Kittin. Miss Kittin played some amazing tracks such as Dj Funk 'The Laugh', Felix Da Cat 'Madame Hollywood Remix', some track with the vocals 'Face to Face, heart to heart, and Goodlife 'Lady'. The soubnd system was impressive as well as the lighting but the visuals were pretty awful. Same guy with the dreads from past HITEC raves was doin it again. They simply consisted of her image (from a video recorder) againts changing coloured backgrounds :smt017

Anyways, at the end of the night, was able to take a few pics with her and her friends and she pretty much left Volar after her set. Well IMO 350 was a lot of money for some people to have to pay but i really wounder how many did coz the crowd didnt seem that interested in her. Her are some pics from the night!

PS. The Dj was amazing, but the club has a real real attitude problem and i can understand why nick needs to have a chat with them. Whats the point of being on the questlist if they dont even use it on the night??

Getting in that place is not a problem for me, when I arrived I was in within about 10 minutes, there was some other problems with the staff and taking photos.

I already had written consent but they were not having any of it on the night.

I plan to meet them next week and talk about it.
