easily the worst MIX in town! giving the whole chain a bad name unfortunately. surprised they haven't checked it yet. had a drink there which had lumps of powder in every sip... and it was luke warm. their service takes ages. and wraps have become sloppy... plus, the shop layout is so uninviting & cramped. loved the previous one a lot! what happened... :???:
