Rock/Indie/Mainstream

This weekend I'm going to stay with my mate in Mount Butler for a few week's, but both of us have only recently turned 18 are aren't very clued up about the clubbing scene in HK. We've been looking around and most clubs seem to be r'n'b or hip hop, which isn't really our scene. I was just wondering if there are actually any clubs/bars which are more rock/indie or even mainstream dance?
