In honour to the origins of its inspiration, this ?floating bar? is a stunning collaboration of an artistic palette, dynamic decorations and modern structure.

No expense has been spared to craft the Belle Epoque yacht, to become the perfect venue for private parties and corporate functions including a state-of-the-art entertainment system to provide the perfect ambience for any occasion. The d?cor is chic with the comforts of all the modern luxuries, a perfect balance of floral reflections from the 20th Century Art Nouveau movement and the sophisticated shades of champagne and black.

This custom-designed 55ft-floating bar offers 4 different menus of exclusive drinks featuring champagnes especially chosen from Perrier-Jou?t, the makers of fine champagnes with an equally extravagant selection of gourmet cuisine. Fitted with top-of-the-range kitchen equipment from Miele as well as custom installed gas barbeque; their on-board chef is prepared to satisfy even the most acquired tastes. There is no limit in catering aboard the Belle Epoque and personalised menus will be accommodated for the most meticulous hosts.

Luxury extends to the soft furnishings and furniture carefully selected for the comforts of the guests, from the champagne sun loungers on the top deck to the black satin bedding in the two double bedrooms in the middle deck.

Powered by twin VOLVO 430HP engines with a cruising speed of up to 20 knots, the Belle Epoque can comfortably accommodate up to 29 passengers in its luxuriously designed living space. Climate controlled air conditioning moderates the temperature of the interiors, maintaining a sound environment for guests as they sail through the waters amongst the numerous offshore islands that creates Hong Kong?s spectacular skyline.

Restaurants: Shelter Census Group?s first restaurant project is a franchise outlet within the food court of The Venetian in Macau. The Group bought the franchise of a Vietnamese restaurant chain that is very popular in Canada and has other franchise outlets in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and elsewhere in Asia. There is a new Hong Kong restaurant project in the pipeline ? scheduled to open in the first half of 2008 ? which will be of a more premium nature.

Special projects: The Group has completed an exclusive two-level private member?s club in Macau, comprising of a main clubbing lounge area and upstairs private VIP rooms, optional with karaoke facilities. The second project is Belle Epoque - the luxury yacht.
