Blaise Deville
Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, Blaise Deville starts mixing Hip Hop for the local underground squat scene in 1997. Two years later, under the name ? Zebra 3 Connection ? he successfully launches the ?Starsky & Hutch? Funk events, in cooperation with his friend DJ Huggy Bear and holds it as a regular party during three years. In 2002, he begins deejaying in more mainstream clubs and bars of Geneva experimenting with Dancehall and Electro. He also takes part in the ?Bug Talk Zoo? radio show on the internet radio www.basic.ch from 2003 to 2004. He leaves Europe for Shanghai in early 2006 to bring his love for music to the local audience. Blaise Deville already played in Shanghai in numerous venues (BonBon, LOgO, The Shelter, Volar), in Beijing (Club Tango, Yugongishan) and all around China. He took parts in bigger events such as the Fake Flake new year eve?s party at the Zendai museum or the Modern Sky festival in Beijing. He is also one of the main organizers for the PAUSE parties, member of the Uprooted Sunshine crew and frequently plays for the Back To The Roots, STD and Antidote parties. Before ending up focusing on deejaying, Blaise Deville played guitar for rock bands. Since then, he developed a love of Music, no matter the genre, which is why he likes his sets eclectic and unexpected. Above all, he enjoys creating his own specific universe in which he can bring and entertain the audience.

[DiSKOBiSKiT,Underground Lessons,SHiFT] Growing up in Israel / Germany and Russia immersed Alex from the very young age in the underground rave scene in these countries. While growing in Israel and being influenced by State 808,early Juno reactor as well as german and chicago techno he started write first psychedelic and then moving to techno/house music. After the move to Japan 7 years ago he has invested himself heavily in the local scene and currently dj and resident with few local events (Phonica) and clubs such as ULTRALOUNGE and Fai. He also does promotion for events under the SHiFT moniker. Although not limited to a certain genre,Tech-house is his sound. On a production front: In august 2008 will launch DiSKOBiSKiT with Mike McKenna and september 2008 will see the release of "Made in Japan" EP on Underground Lessons digital. In addition Alex works as a mastering engineer mostly with labels such as Bencmark,Erase and Underground Lessons digital and artists such as Mike McKenna and Conoley Ospovat.
