I haven't been to a specific dance music store in Hong Kong, however I am thoroughly impressed with the stock held by some independent music stores that sell new and second hand in Mong Kok. The prices are also pretty decent when compared to the UK. One of my great finds is a street side shack in Causeway Bay, by the distinctive circle overpass. I picked up the Circo Loco DC10 Monday Morning Sessions album for about $25 and a pristine copy of Roni Size's New Forms. They were also flogging a lot of old Mixmag cover CDs amongst all the eurobeat; and also had old VCDs at knock down prices.

Why trawling through the bric-a-brac in Ap Liu Market in Sham Shui Po, I picked up a perfect copy of Global Underground Uruguay feat Darren Emerson for $10.

There really are some gems out there!

Oh gosh, well, OK, you might have to wait a little bit, I bundled all the flyers, brochures and business cards into a bag, after my last trip to HK, so need to trawl through them first.

For a start what junction is that large circular overpass on in Causeway Bay, its featured in many films? As just up from there, very close, is a shopping mall of about 3-4 floors, no brand name stores, just independents like in Mong Kok, containing many Fillipino shops & services. However there's a number of stores inside that sell second hand CDs and VCDs at low low prices. I'll give you an exact address when I find the business card.

The music stores in the basement of the Sino Centre on Nathan Road are also quite good.

Damn, if I tell you all these places, there won't be any bargains for me to find next time I go back! lol big grin
