Well, going to start on a weekly poll on:
"Would you say....": Hk people are?
To promote interaction, since people hardly talk here, the first weekely poll is going to be a bit in your face....
What do you think of Hk people....
Enjoy and have a nice week!!! :smt001

Selfishness is definitely high on the list.
I have seen so many occassions where people wouldn't give up their seats to old folks/pregnant women in the MTR. People often rush into the train and fight for seats before I have a chance to get out!! I guess such are common in a dense metro city like Hong Kong.
Another problem I see a lot here: personal hygiene. People spitting, sneezing without covering their mouth, clipping their fingernails and picking their nose in the MTR ... :smt011
What happen to Chinese tradition of good mannerisms?

Well, I have seen worst... in Morroco and various parts of Europe.
One thing that gets on my t!!! is, getting out of the lift... why dont they allow the people off the lift first and all that hitting the button to close the door fast... I nearly crushed a woman with the button when I hit the wrong one... Talk about picking up a bad habit.
I think that people could be a bit more vocal an open-minded... Be willing to see that others have good ideas and there are a few more things than money in life...
It s all about money here sadly....

i find that some people here can be very ignorant and just plain rude. Like when standing in a bus queue everyone is relaxed and joins the right end of the line (well sometimes. if they dont then i stare at them like i wanna kill them and they soon get the picture. and i dont care how old they are!) However, when the bus arrives everyone just literally says in their head 'FCuk the line' and just rushes on
little things like that which you would be murdered for by the public. Imagine that happening in say new york or london. just doesnt happen does it..

Yeah I ve noticed that happen as well... Personally I do it like this if there are 2 lines, i let one person from the other line go in front of me then I get on the bus... because do these guys care if you get on or not... I dont think so.
You would be gangbang raped if this happend, but one thing that is rather well done here is the lines for the taxi stand but that only works because there is a little guard there and the cabbies dont like people skipping the line...
Oh well b!tch b!tch moan... Anything good to be said about HK??? (Other than a few sexy ladies)

Shopping heaven. Awesome Grub.
Personally I don't care much about shopping, but I dig the food here.
As for people ... the police here are gentle and resourceful, compared to LAPD. And yes, beautiful sexy eurasian swingers :smt003
