Entertaining Asia is a multi-functional Event, Entertainment & Hospitality Consultancy based in Hong Kong. Providing event management, event marketing and entertainment services throughout Asia. Entertaining Asia also includes the online publications wcity.com and hkclubbing.com.
Duties will include:
· Delivery and collection of documentation to and from different locations in Hong Kong.
· Updating our media directories including events, photos and venues.
· Updating our supplier and client databases.
· Sourcing premium gifts online for events.
· Sourcing suppliers online for events.
· Transporting production and marketing items to and from our offices and events.
· Able to work out of the usual office hours if required for events, networking and other related work activities.
· Relevant experience an advantage.
· Knowledge of all office software including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
· Diligent, well-organised and willing to learn new areas of the business.
Full online backend content management systems and client system software training will be provided.
