Chôm Chôm is bringing back its game of chance this summer to celebrate its 7th Anniversary!

From the 7th July visit the Soho restaurant on any Tuesday evening during the whole month and every person dining gets a roll of the dice. All you have to do is roll any combination of seven and win seven drinks (house wines and Vietnamese beers) on the house for you and your guests. Sounds like a nice bonus to the dinner especially with the heat we are currently having getting some complimentary cold drinks!

 

The garden rooftop bar, Red Sugar at Kerry Hotel has now launched its new cocktail menu “Our Little Time”. The collection as you can see in the photos takes its inspiration from post-war era of Hong Kong. There are 11 new cocktails present key elements from the 60’s to the 80’s industries. Mixologist, Simon Kong cocktails are available from the 26th June 2020.

There are really some amazing cocktails that you can try today in Hong Kong and the mixologists in the city are working hard every day to bring something new for us to fortunately try.

With their connection to Cupping Room, Doubleshot’s Signature Cocktails draw inspiration from coffee flavours and brewing techniques.

Highlights include Truffle Eggs Benedict with Homemade Brioche, Spinach and Béarnaise Sauce; Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese; Ozone Signature Wagyu Beef Burger with Truffle Fries; and Homemade Pancake and Waffle with Fresh Berries.

Seafood lovers may opt for the Seasonal Seafood Platter (additional HK$388 per head) with Boston lobster, oyster, snow crab, prawns and clams.
