After such a rise in varieties of Gin in Hong Kong during 2018/19, it was just the next progression where Hong Kong makes its own Gin. Two Moons Distillery, located in Chai Wan on Hong Kong Island has launched their Signature Dry Gin, 100% made in Hong Kong.

Enjoy an enchanting, Spanish-inspired Long Lazy Lunch among Red Sugar's tropical rooftop garden, with a menu prepared by Executive Chef, Matthew Woolford, inspired by Arturo Sánchez artisanal Iberico jamon. The menu features an array of Spanish produce, sourced from celebrated suppliers from the region, including Spanish cheeses, tapas, grilled fish and meat and one of the largest paella's in town. Paired with Champagne, Spanish Cava and red and white wine from the Spanish regions, it paves the way for a very long, lazy afternoon!

Christmas is a time to celebrate and indulge, and what better way to do it than at Red Sugar with a sumptuous dinner on Christmas Eve to set the tone for the arrival of Christmas. Meanwhile, a Long Christmas Lunch on Christmas Day is the perfect setting for a family celebration, with free-flow champagne, wines and epicurean delights from the culinary team! To finish off 2019 in style, join us for a seventies themed party on the roof, with cocktails and canapés a-plenty!

A traditional Thanksgiving dinner is returning to us this year in Italian American osteria. For HKD$439 per head plus 10% service charge, customers can experience a cultivated dinner of authentic dishes made with high quality and locally sourced ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. The set includes a Homemade Burrata and a serving of Posto's signature comforting Veal Meatballs, tucking into a Garlic Butter Roasted Turkey served with locally-grown vegetable sides like Brussels Sprouts, Thanksgiving Stuffing, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Sambuca Glazed Carrots, and Purple Cabbage Agrodolce.

The meal also comes with any of Posto Pubblico’s cocktails or a two-hour free-flow package (HK$198+10%) including Wild Turkey Old Fashioneds, House Wines and Asahi Beer. Don't forget the desserts, you can get a Pumpkin Pie Square or Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie as well.

Over the last couple of years there has been an increase in interest in Gins and the varieties that are available in the city, with two festivals and a gin club that launched in 2019.

Big good news for every spicy food lover! Hong Kong’s hottest eating contest returns this fall for ONE night only at Chilli Fagara, guests can battle the heat in an epic Chilli Dumpling Eating Competition on November 20th.

Contestants will be divided into groups and will be given three minutes to eat as many dumplings as possible. The winner from each group progresses into a Grand Final, where prizes including a trip for two to Chengdu can be won. Only 30 seats available and guests must register via email at The competition will begin at 7:00 pm on 20th November and is free to enter.
