From January 6th to March 31, 2020, Spasso, DiVino, DiVino Patio and Carpaccio restaurants will feature a sumptuous selection of dishes that showcase the prized and prize-winning black winter truffles or 'Tartufo Nero' from Norcia in Umbria. You can eat black truffles in both raw and heated ways Its aromatic compounds are heat-sensitive, so it can integrate fully into the culinary preparation.

On the evening of January 22nd, 2020, Mono is hosting an exclusive eight hands chefs collaboration dinner. Executive Chef/ Co-Founder Ricardo Chaneton welcomes distinguished culinary talents Agustin Balbi (HAKU), Virgilio Martinez (Central Restaurante) and Pia Leon (Kjolle) for a one-night-only event showcasing multi-faceted cuisine by four chefs with shared South American roots. The 12-course menu (2 dishes + 1 canapé by each Chef) will be priced at HK$2,880 +10% per guest, with an optional wine pairing at an additional HK$880 + 10%+ a 3% carbon tax.
