This Christmas, Wildfire restaurants in Stanley, Soho, Bonham Road, Knutsford Terrace and Hong Kong International Airport continue to bring creative cuisine and great-value dining to the holiday season. Nearby at Mid-levels’ Wildfire Bonham, Roasted veal loin with dried apples and candied tomatoes on caper cream, and White Chocolate delice and pear Williams with chocolate sorbet are featured in its New Year’s Day dinner menu. The restaurant features an outdoor area for alfresco dining and is an ideal venue for intimate dinners and private parties.
