With Chinese New Year and Valentines Day both happening in February this year; it’s the best opportunity to gather with your friends, families and loved ones during the holiday and enjoy a memorable meal together. ToTT’s, Café on the 1st as well as Yee Tung Heen in The Excelsior has prepared a range of meal and sets for families and couples to enjoy during the festival.
With fireworks taking over Victoria Harbour on the 1st of February; what’s better than sitting comfortable at a spot, enjoy your champagne and be visually fulfilled by the scene? On ToTT’s and Roof Terrace; a semi buffet dinner starts from 7pm onwards, allowing guests to enjoy a glass of champagne and Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Truffle Jus against the panoramic view of the Harbour for a price of HKD1,388 per person. Guests are also prone to receive a mini “Pot of Fortune” during their visit for the dinner buffet from the 2nd of January to the 28th of February. Cooked by executive Chef Wong Wing Keung; the “Pot of Fortune” includes eight heads abalone, whole sea cucumber, fish maw and dried oyster at HKD288* per person. Offered throughout 17th of January to the 16th of February; Yee Tung Heen also has their special Poon Choy on the menu at HKD1,120.
As for Valentine’s Day; backdrop your romantic dinner against the harbor at ToTT’s and Roof Terrace with a six- course set dinner at HKD1,388* per person. Also including a glass of champagne as well as pan- fried Dover sole, scampi and caviar butter; the meal wraps up with a heartwarming Baileys Hot Chocolate pudding for share. Wendy Robin and Band will also be playing throughout the night after 9pm for you and your spouse to enjoy a dance together.
