Tweaking and introducing new dishes to their a la carte menu; Chicha the Peruvian restaurant welcomes the new exciting menu with Salmon Nikkei Tiradito and Causa with Aji de Gallina just to name a few.
Created by head chef Arturo Melendez; season’s freshest ingredients from Peru are used, creating lovely selections such as Tiger’s milk, ponzu and aji limo Leche de Tigre and a lighter salad section with Japanese noodle salad and Peruvian cheese.
There is also the all-day available hard shell Tacos with salad and a new soft- shell crab version containing pineapple, mint and the Peruvian chili to choose from. Not to mention, their favorite new main course Grilled Lamb Ribs is also available within the new menu.
