There are really some amazing cocktails that you can try today in Hong Kong and the mixologists in the city are working hard every day to bring something new for us to fortunately try.
With their connection to Cupping Room, Doubleshot’s Signature Cocktails draw inspiration from coffee flavours and brewing techniques.
Those signature cocktails are of course there every day they are open. One of the coffee based cocktails that they recommend is the Spent Martini (HK$118). This is the venues interpretation of a classic espresso martini. This includes double shot of single origin coffee and by inspired by Trash Tiki, which promotes anti-waste and sustainable cocktails, the spent martini’s coffee liquor is made from coffee grounds from their morning coffee service and the sweetener is made from Cupping Room’s unsold almond croissants.
This month's cocktails that got our attention were at Doubleshot by Cupping Room. The cocktails featured in the photo above are from left to right: Upper East Side (HK$158), From Thailand To Haiti (HK$128) and Jungle Fever (HK$128).
Out of these three we want to try out the From Thailand to Haiti (HK$128) as seen in the bigger photo below the most. The drink is rum based with a pipette filled with spice!!
Doubleshot has a cocktail happy hour on weekdays from 4pm to 7pm. All cocktails are half price when paid for by 5pm, 40% off when paid for by 6pm, and 30% off when paid for by 7pm.
See you down there for a couple of cocktails at happy hour today!
