Earlier this year, Manager Gareth Moore and his Executive Chef, Ah Wai traveled to Texas to taste and experience the classic Texas dishes. During the whole month of July is your chance to come to Coyote Bar and Grill and experience BIG Texas Home Style Cooking at it’s Best!!!

Texas style tender smoked marinated pulled pork with lashings of our own Coyote BBQ Sauce. Severed with smoky beans, Ancho-Chili roasted potatoes and coleslaw
Smoked and marinated for 4 hours then oven slowly roasted. Served with lashings of our Signature BBQ sauce and mashed potatoes along with green beans sautéed in bacon and onions

Grilled to your liking on our Hickory grill and served with sautéed green beans with Andouille Sausage and potato wedges
