As the group gathers in front of the famous lounge and bar at Grand Lapa Macau hotel; this Portuguese maritime explorer named after space shimmers in a sort of gold that attracts you even if you’re not a drinker yourself.
Offering not only local tapa treats but also a range of cocktails; Vasco has a total of 16 different Sangria on their menu. Mixing up a range of those for us during the evening, each jug appealed to us like Christmas tree lights with their vibrant colors.
With the white sangria mixed with Rolf Binder and added with lychee, the traditional sangria served with cubes of fruits and my personal favorite, the Blue Sangria mixed with Blue Curacao liquor; each matches perfectly well with the blazing hot weather outside, soothing our thirst with icy delicious delights.
Apart from those that we have tried, there are also a range of fruit sangrias including cranberry, apple, mango, peach and melon; as well as a selection of nonalcoholic virgin sangrias, offered as a liter or half a liter.
Munching through the snacks at the bar, the group chatted happily in the environment, merging into the environment splendidly; proving that the space is definitely one that is great for gatherings from colleagues and friends.
