Feast with Scottish Beef this November at Jimmy’s Kitchen
Jimmy’s Kitchen has a well-known reputation for offering quality food to our diners. This November, Jimmy’s Central and Kowloon debut premier Scottish beef for the first time in this century, from stock which is reared naturally and processed on the Saltire’s lush pastures of Scotland.
For the whole month of November, Jimmy’s Kitchen will offer three cuts – the well-marbled rib-eye ($620/14oz), the full-flavoured sirloin ($620/14oz) and the tenderest tenderloin ($700/12oz). Available at Jimmy’s Central and Kowloon at lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Guests at both Jimmy’s can savour the matchless Scottish beef introduced by Scotch Premier which holds royal appointment as the supplier of British beef and British lamb to H.M. The Queen. In addition, their beef has long-held the coveted PGI status. PGI stands for “Protected Geographical Indication,” - an acknowledgement of high quality European products unique to the region. With this status, the product has guaranteed quality, superior character, and is 100% traceable back to its farm of origin.
Scotch Premier has hand-picked the beef especially for Jimmy’s and has been dry-aged for 21 days on the bone before being vacuum-packed and sent jet-fresh to Jimmy’s. The dry aging process tenderizes the meat gradually and allows a meatier and fuller flavour to develop.
Scottish beef is available at Jimmy’s Central and Kowloon, and is prepared at the traditional charcoal grill at Jimmy’s Central or the ultra-hot broiler at Jimmy’s Kowloon. Diners will fully appreciate the exquisite crust and flavour of a steak that can’t be duplicated at home.
The pinnacle of this month-long promotion is our St Andrew’s feast on Monday, 30 November, at Jimmy’s Central. To honour the patron of Scotland, we have prepared a Scottish feast, showcasing Scottish salmon, beef, cheeses and whiskeys. Stay tuned for details.
