The Year of the Ox is almost here and just in time Hong Kong Beer Co. have presented us with Hei Hei Hazy, a double dry hopped hazy double IPA.

From the description on how the beer has been made (a lot of hops) and ‘employ late-in-the-boil and dry-hopping (during fermentation) techniques’, we can imagine that this beer does have a strong taste to it that can be enjoyed during the festive celebrations!

At 8.0% ABV, the beer is now ready for drinking as it was just packed into boxes on the 15th January 2021.
