Known for working at El Bulli and Azrak, Antonio Romero will host a pop up on 7th and 8th August 2018 at La Rambla by Catalunya.
Only 12 diners per night (as well as private room bookings for up to 10 guests) will have the chance to experience what Antonio has to offer the Spanish food lovers of Hong Kong.
The two-night dinner menu will feature dishes from both chefs at the restaurant, including Crispy Chicken Skin with Glace Cockcomb by Chef Romero and Pigeon, Curry and Tapioca by Chef Tadeo.
A little bit more about Antonio, he is the Head Chef of Suculent in Barcelona, included the list of the Top 25 Restaurants in Spain by Conde Nast Traveler Spain and yes, known for his Spanish cuisine! This four-hands menu is available for dinner only on the 7th and 8th of August, and priced at HKD1,400 or HKD2,200 per person with wine pairing. Prices are subject to 10% service charge.
