It’s never too early to plan ahead about where to spend festive seasons; especially Christmas. I’m still looking forward to turkey dinners the traditional way, but I think that’s only because I don’t always get to have it during the festive season. If you’re in one of those lucky families who always gets the party going with baked potatoes and oven baked turkeys at home; then you might want to reconsider your plan this year and go for something a little different.
Brickhouse has already got their receipe confirmed this year for Christmas, including the all new Mr. T taco and the Horchata cocktail. For the Mr. T taco, expect your taste buds to experience turkey in an all new way! Match with pumpkin mole, cranberry cilantro salsa with spiced Queso Fresco; the slow roasted turkey leg meat slice bursts with incredible flavour within the creamy white cheese and the spicy tingles.
Let’s toast to something other than the typical champagne and wine; try the Horchata cocktail with infused Tahitian Vanilla Vodka, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon syrups, coffee liqueuer and Tonga Rum to warm the occasion.
The special menu will be served throughout the season starting on the 28th of November to the 31st of December; with tacos being available until 12am during Mondays to Wednesdays and until 2am from Thursdays to Saturdays.
