Did someone just say 'Texas' and 'Burger' in the same sentence? I think The Butchers Club just did!
So what is included in this awesome sounding burger?
Dry-aged beef patty stuffed with cheddar cheese and coated with a dry rub made from coffee, chilli and brown sugar, plus they say a secret blend of herbs and spices. Topped with Tabasco onions, bacon, with a smoky and tangy barbeque sauce that is a reduction made with Dr Pepper soda. Well I do not know about you but after reading that I am already searching for one of The Butchers Clubs closest to my current location.
The burger costs HK$120 and you still have to wait two more weeks before its launch on 1st August 2018.
