It is time to celebrate ZENG Anniversary and the bar and eatery is hosting a series of wine-and-dine experiences with signature cocktails & dishes on the 30th floor of V Point, Causeway Bay.
The harbour view restaurant that offers East-meets-West cuisine is hosting a new birthday experience for brunch, known as their Signature Seafood Collections (HK$528 per person). This includes:
Appetizer
Acipenser Baerii Caviar (10g), Assorted Seafood Platter and Cold Served Lobster Salad, Yuzu Dressing Mentaiko Spaghetti Carbonara.
Main Course
52°C Slow-cooked Salmon, Cherry Tomatoes and Asparagus or Roasted Free-range Spring Chicken with Herbed Potato Wedges or Sliced Australian M5 Wagyu Sirloin Steak at an additional HK$58.
Dessert
Japanese Cheese Cake or Crème Brûlée.
The Signature Seafood Collections Brunch also has additional options such as enjoy all-you-can-eat oysters for a supplementary cost of HK$158 per person as well as free-flow Mumm Grand Brut champagne for HK$258 per person or free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for HK$308 per person.
The brunch is available Every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 12pm to 3pm.
Some of the attractive signature cocktails offered at ZENG include: Red Meadow at HK$138 (homemade hibiscus gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice & Soda Water); Apple Of My Eye at HK$148 (Inspired by the well-known dessert Apple Crumble, ZENG bartenders stir fried fresh apple kernels with butter and mixed it with apple brandy, egg white, lemon juice, and earl grey tea syrup); and then The Jasmine Fairy HK$138 (Jasmine wine, jasmine syrup, fresh lemon juice and ginger wine, topped with fresh petals and a dash of dry ice).
