DALLOYAU Paris, a royal patisseries from France with over three centuries of imperial heritage and the only gastronomy brand with a glorious background serving French royalty since 1682. Known as the “Inventor of French taste since 1682”, DALLOYAU takes pride in its scintillating history dating back to the reign of Louis XIV, who appointed Charles DALLOYAU as “Officier de Bouche” for his exceptional pastry creations. Today, DALLOYAU boasts a unique legacy of 30,000 recipes and an extensive outlet network across the globe.
The meticulous décor of DALLOYAU, Hong Kong was conceived by the world renowned interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg. The splendid golden gate at the entrance is an architectural interpretation of the map of Paris in 1802, the year when the first DALLOYAU opened on 101 Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
