Osborn delivers the same dedication, passion and attention to detail in every dish he crafts at Arcane, as he did in his previous award-winning restaurants that earned him his Michelin stars and accolades.
Ingredients, many of which are sourced from Japan, UK, France, and Australia, depend on seasonality with a frequently changing menu. Produce such as day boat fish from Fukuoka, heirloom fruit and vegetables, to rare breed meats and game are used in the dishes. Osborn also uses his to terrace kitchen garden grow a selection of 30 different varieties of herbs, fruits and vegetables that will feature on the menu.
