In Hong Kong you find amazing new things if you just look up. It isn’t unheard of to scour the streets for hidden doorways, dive into dark corridors you’d rather not enter and get into lifts that look like they’ve seen better days. This is the pre-requisite if you want to find a whole new world from the streets below and amazing places to eat and drink. Which brings us to Fleur de Sel, based on the 2nd floor of a typical looking building on Foo Ming Street, if you look up you’ll see it! And once you’re up there you’ll find a charming French Creperie, with just a few seats, a cute open air terrace that lets in a lovely breeze (at the moment!) and an enticing smell of crepes that draws you in.
