Jamie’s Italian menu features favourites such as, sharing planks of cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables, delicious twists on much-loved classics, such as the famous Prawn Linguine and Tagliatelle Bolognese, as well as exciting dishes lining the specials boards, including Squid-Ink Spaghetti, Truffle Tagliatelle and Free-range Chicken with grilled garlic and rosemary.

Designed by UK firm MBDS, the restaurants’ colourful interiors and enticing elements of food theatre situated throughout the restaurant, bring it to life and with its understated shipping container parts located either side of the bustling open kitchen, Causeway Bay’s heritage as a fishing village is paid a subtle homage
