Sommelier Simone Sammuri will take care of the drinks, with a selection of international craft beers and a carefully curated selection of his favourite small wine producers.
Appropriately stripped back, a show kitchen and central bar is surrounded by charred woods, terracotta brickwork and steel elements, with the lighting low, volume high and eclectic art throughout. The warm buzzy venue features a raised platform at the back of the space, offering semi-private dining in four intimate booths.
