Pepino tells the story of handyman to chef. As an immigrant in New York, Pepino worked on a deck of a ship. After travelling the world, he eventually pursued his love of food and became a cook, opening a restaurant that bears his name at the Novotel Century Hong Kong hotel. Here, Pepino serves recipes that he has refined over time. Inspired by his mother’s recipes, as well as influences from his travels, Pepino serves an eclectic variety of Italian cuisine, both traditional dishes and creations that are a twist of a classic cuisine.
