Soul Food serves up the best of Bangkok cuisine, comprised of regional signatures from all over the country. The Thai captial’s population is dominantly made up of immigrants from within the country who have brought their hometown dishes to the metropolis, adding to its diverse food culture. Signatures like Smoked duck larb, Southern Thai samosas and Gaeng lang hay (Burmese pork belly curry) can be found on the menu. Soul Food does not use prepackaged products, and all dishes are prepared with recipes that stay as close to traditional methods as possible.
