Sushi Ma preserves the traditional Japanese culinary technique and flavouring essence; highlighting the freshness and natural taste of each featuring ingredients and use only the best quality rice. In order to reproduce the essence and quintessence of Edo Period, the chefs have created special sauces to associated with different types of fish.
The restaurant serves dishes in Omakase style, it is a fine tradition that gives the chef freedom to offer the customer creative menu that best represents his skills, while using the freshest fish that is available everyday.
The restaurant uses cutleries made of porcelain and wooden lacquerware that are directly imported from Japan; and timber of cypress for ageing and storing the fish to preserve the Japanese savour. They also offers a variety of Japanese sakes, including Junmai Sake, Honjozo, Ginjo, Daiginjo, and different kinds of Shochu to pair with the flavourful seafood; it is a guaranteed joyful dining experience for every customer.
