To accommodate the growing demand for bookings, The Butchers Club Deli at EDITUS opened in April 2014, with a vision to offer the same Butchers Club dining experience the brand had become famous for, plus more. The venue is a New York-style deli by day, specialising in handcrafted charcuterie. At night, the space is an extension of the private dining experience from The Butchers Club in Tin Wan. The space covers a 14,000sqf area, split over 2 floors, including a 7,000sqf rooftop.
The space can accommodate all kinds of events, from small 14 person private dinners, to seated dinners for 200 people or standing cocktail events for up to 1000.
