With great understanding of the local market, Chef Carson has created a bridge between New Orleans cooking and Hong Kong’s dining tastes. Located in the heart of Soho, The Parish is a gateway to timeless Southern tradition, humble family recipes and robust flavours built on a culture of foodie-driven passion. With trademark vigorous flavours, The Parish’s menu is simple, unpretentious and packed with New Orleans-style classics that instantly conjure up a feeling of family, good eating and good times. With fresh, top-grade seasonal ingredients at hand, Chef Carson’s familial recipes serve as the foundation of The Parish’s homespun style of delectable comfort food from the South. You’ll find charming dishes such as classic Homemade Corn Bread, delectable Crawfish Pie, soul-hugging Southern Fried Chicken, the staple Jumbo Prawn and Chicken Jambalaya, fork-tender Backyard BBQ Ribs, a selection of incredible Baked Oysters, Smokey Tasso & Green Onion Mac ‘n Cheese, the delightful Pecan Crusted Catfish with Creole Meuniere and much more, including a sweet treat section that includes Key Lime Pie, Mississippi Mud Pie, Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée and Pecan Pie, desserts that require no introduction.
